They last minute cancelled at ML's high yield last week, and cancelled again at Bear Stearns this week.

Whatever negotiations they are involved in, like my options, they lose time premium and strategic bargaining advantage the closer they get to running out of cash in June.

Here's to a strong H&Q tech week next week.

I too added today on the dip.

Peer strength, the MMDS buyouts and their price tags, the "last mile" / DSL craze, renewed telecom dealmaking, etc. are building pressure under ARTT's relative valuation. An equity deal plus a well-written press release should produce some sustainable fireworks.
