Yes, Vivus makes this decision. IMO it is a good thing. They are on to the shorts little game of buying calls, shorting the hell out of Vivus on strength and then covering in the churn on the pull back. The little money they spend on the calls is nothing compared to what they make on the short position. At least Vivus management is starting to catch on as to why the shorts have been able to constantly attack on strength without having to lose sleep if Vivus catches on fire. They knew that the worse that could happen is that they would lose their option money. Their days of safe shorting are over.

Agreed, Selling some calls then buying back is the only way I've made some funds to keep afloat until she goes up.
