Did you read somewhere in my post where I mentioned I read prospectus before filing in the order? Please read post again and say where I I mention it.
Technically wit assumes you read prospectus if you submit the offer. If you did not, and you loose money you cannot sue them for not disclosing the prospectus to you. That said the ioi will be void for etoy. If you do not agree please explain why.

Sounds to me you got in very early and you are upset because prospectus is going to be changed. Well you cannot avoid it.
