can u please expand on the %5 renewal rate for banner ads..... I don't profess to be an expert, but I do know a few facts would lead me to believe that is not a correct statement...... 1) doubleclick has strong stock performance, leading me to believe the ad business is as healthy as ever. 2) aol ad revenue keeps going up significantly each quarter. 3) rnwk and others have said the penetration rate for ads with audio/video is significantly higher than those without. Where are you getting the %5 renewal number.......if it is accurate, I suspect it has nothing to do with the customer satisfaction
