JXM, I believe your point is that Internet Telephony is very different from Intranet Telephony, and CYSS on its web site has not been careful to distinguish these two. I will call the company today to ask for explanation. The simple answer could be that the technical writer who wrote the stuff for the web site was not familiar enough with the technology, and no one from the technical staff of the company read the stuff before it was published on the web. But I will call and report back to the thread. I also echo Chief's point that since you have an expertise in IP Telephony, if you could call the company and inquire about the technology from the technical staff folks and report back, it will be very beneficial to the thread. ajs
