John, You logic and presentation are compelling, particularly when you mention PNDA. I covered that one way way too early. OCOMD is as compelling as a GTO as PNDA ever was. chester

<<Out of curiousity, I checked ipocentral.com to see whether Southeast has done any IPO's. (I checked this since I didn't have any easy way of finding out what has happened to stocks they did secondaries for.) >> 10-K Wizard now has a beta site up and running that will help with this if you care. Looks, so, yes. I was tempted but these a reak futile cheats. I'm much more sad that I couldn't take the high bid with a serious position. <OCOMD>. 3.5 is an unseen low. What gives, they can issue something convertible with a vulture and the reverse split... they can carry on ad infinitum. Never understand why syqt (for example) has been so uninspired and let the company down. instead of doing an 1:50 and carry on with financing. IS
