I agree, with internuts just make sure that there is a real company behind the euphoria. There are many ways to overstate the books. How is revenue recognized? Losses? Etc… Where do the earnings come from?

You mention EBAY. Did you think BIDS was EBAY? It's already been done. Already overvalued IMO. There is not room for many more, especially second rate EBAY's with weird ways to recognize revenue.

Lesser companies have gone through much more for a space on NASDAQ.
