Max: Let me throw this at ya: Suppose the good father failed to follow proper procedures with regard to his proxies. If he cannot fill out the forms correctly or otherwise satisfy the requirements of the regulatory agencies, wouldn't that raise concerns in your mind as to whether he has the ability to be a CEO of a public company?

Anyway, I also want to know what father gregory (intentionally not capitalized) has to say. But if his mantra is merely one of change, without concrete ideas regarding the alleged flaws of current management or plans for new management, then I consider his behavior to be an unfortunate distraction.

Max,
So far all Fr. gregory has said is what he doesn't want and made a generic call for change. It takes MUCH more than that to get people to want change. It takes MUCH more that to be a leader. All he is so far is a complainer.

<<My point is he must have credibility or they would not have made him part of his group from the start.>>

That is faulty logic. It is just a easy to say tht he must be bad influence or they would have never got rid of him in the first place.

Max, Yeah, Father Gregory was appointed because of the high quality mining classes offered at the seminary. He is an EXPERT in precious metal extraction I am sure!

C'mon. Give it a rest. Mr. Gardner has a pilot plant running. This is a first. He has one focused effort on real recovery based on successful bench tests of the method. This is a first.

I think what you want is "leaks" about how things are going. The stock price is only a reflection of not knowing, as opposed to things not going well. When we see results from the pilot plant, THEN you will have a nice big target to either support your desire to change direction, or thank your lucky stars you invested in Naxos. But bottom line is, we'll all find out together.
