Open Market mentions planet 411 in their 4/22/99 earnings release as one of the new companies (along with the Wall Street Journal and Merill Lynch) that they have licensed software to. Their software is very expensive running to as much as 7 figures. It appears that PFOO will be operating their site in May. I know little about the company except that their past activities have been questionable. However I was told that the new company bears no relation to the old one and was only used as a shell that PFOO was folded into. OMKT supplies turnkey solutions to companies setting up websites and the fact that they are supplying same to PFOO is interesting.

As I have mentioned in previous posts, nothing surprises me in this market and many winners have come from unlikely places. This stock has yet to run.

Obviously the fact that the company does not file is a negative but if this changes who know? I was unfamiliar with this company until I saw their name in the OMKT release. Does anybody have any thoughts on this?
