Violent crime has increased in Britain to be exact-- crime as in home invasions. There is no study backing up what the police chief said-- as a matter of fact there are TWO studies that say just the opposite. The comments you made are parrotted about to be facts-- but they are not. I have researched the issue and it really opened my eyes. BTW, the courts have found that the police do NOT owe you protection. If you would like some reading on the facts I will happily post them....
