The Valley Media system went haywire for TSIG only due to the discounts we offer on the CDs. The guy that knows how to handle it got married and was gone for two weeks. He got back yesterday and fixed it. The orders are supposed to be out or going out now. The problem was with those, like you, that ordered about 3 weeks ago. There is something with the electronic ordering system that does not allow for manual shipping because it screws the system up worse. There might, maybe, be a little bonus in the package when it gets to you. Best I could do. Hope it helps.
