I called ETrade this morning, and I know you get a different answer each time, but for whatever it's worth, she went to ask her "specialist" and said that they check account balances at market open the day of pricing (this morning). I asked if there was anything she could do to update my record based on the understanding that I will have available cash when it prices, she said no, not really. She said the only hope is if it doesn't price tonight, since they don't know for sure until they find out from NETP's legal counsel that it's going to price. She basically agreed I was screwed, even though I had a good timestamp, but took my number and she'll call me (yeah right!!) if she hears anything about the pricing or if she finds out of a way she can update me on the list to indicate that I have available cash.
