(OTC BB:CYSS), a Vancouver-based telecommunications carrier announced today the completion of a Regulation D 504 financing for up to $1 million dated April 6, 1999. The company has entered into a 5-year convertible debenture with J.P. Carey Securities Inc. of Atlanta, Ga. The debenture has been staged into three tranches, each equaling $333,333.00 U.S. The first tranche was delivered on April 12, 1999. The company has issued 300,000 warrants to J.P. Carey Securities, Inc. as part of the financing; 100,000 warrants at $1.00, 100,000 warrants at $1.45 and 100,000 warrants at $2.50.
