Why after July?

Is there a strategic reason that Cisco does 2/3 splits rather than 2/1 splits? They want to have them every year?

Seems more appropriate that they wait and do fewer 2/1 splits.

It also looks to me that they are a year behind Microsoft valuation wise: $200 billion vs. $400 billion.

I don't know about microsoft, but I expect CSCO's revenues to quadruple in the next 2.5 years. I'm betting on it big, in fact.

But a $800 billion market valuation boggles the mind. Makes me think the current multiple won't hold.
