Nope. Of course if you don't count the nurturing and support men give their children as part of the biological function, you could argue that women are biologically finished when the kid is weaned too. Everything they do after that could be performed by the government, so if that's your game go for it. They do that in China, you know. Not so good if you are a girl baby. I wonder what Bill Clinton would say.
