I am not a member of the N.R.A. But why should they postpone? This was an act carried out by two deranged, sick kids. By postponing, they are showing that somehow they are at fault? Com'n, we know better than that. Why must everything be political? SJS

I'm all for common-sense gun control. I have no problem with waiting periods or background checks etc. But in return let's get some clear and express language on the books that I may own guns, that I may keep them in perpetuity without taxation, that I may shoot and hunt with them and that I can bequeath them to my child or designated beneficiary. The moment gun control smacks of gun confiscation or ban, I get all soggy and hard to light.
