That was alot of shares that Greenline handled.. I feel badly for those who lost money. Its bad enough losing money when one makes bad decisions and another thing when you have to cover and can't. There was a bit of a panic in the US when the rules were changed here about margin accounts but they did give quite a bit of advance notice on it. First by saying they were going to discuss it and next that it would come about. Now, the brokers have taken over and there are about 10+ stocks that cannot be margined and the others have been raised considerably. I've also heard that if you can't cover from your account, you can't margin.. I agree that the situation seems to be looking up, not out of the woods yet, by far, but I'm remaining cautious after the beating this stock has taken. BIDS is certainly getting noticed - negative press from Canada, 50% drop in value, but today the announcement about the auction next week and perhaps some talk about the volume will pull things up. Americans may take to heart the poor little puppy that got beat up on the first few days on the Nas and come to the rescue !...Cheers... Mac .... Long and holding...
