I would think if this was a true scam as you way all of the investors would have gotten together and reported them and the SEC would deal with them in their own way.<<< I think that this guess is as good as any. Is it illegal? imho Message 8238990

And if so, why haven't they been suspended from trading? <<Please note at what exchange this stock is trading on. I believe Systems of Excellence trades as does Comparator. I think its safe to assume that these stocks have little or no assets, this is just of couse just an opinion....I would say that the value is that it exists.imho

I, for one, did report them to the SEC over 8 months ago. It took EXACTLY 6 months for the SEC to get back to me about HOPR. Want to know what their great information was? They gave me HOPR's address & phone number in Pennsylvania. That's it. THAT was the SEC's answer to my complaint. (Somebody should have told the SEC that the phone number they gave me for HOPR was disconnected 6 months before and the address was no longer listed to HOPR.

So THAT was our SEC in action. They're too busy going after Microsoft to worry about thieves like the ex-officers of HOPR.

I personally have reported to the SEC enforcement three times. Only to receive an automated thankyou for contacting us. Others on this board have gotten further.
