El: I just look at the chart. I think CPQ is basing here. I'm sure there are all kinds of fancy calculations one can do (one of the reasons I never finished Technical Analysis of Stock Trends <ggg>) but KISS seems to work well for me. If a stock starts "flat-lining" at a point of support - it's forming a base.

Also, "FA" would seem to confirm. Net/net - with what we know about CPQ at this point in time, why should the stock go anywhere??
