Chuck; let me give you my take FWIW. First off the volume today was 376,300 shs traded on 57 total trades which is miniscule. No one knows about this stock yet and any potential new investors are not buying due to the 10KSB. If I were thinking of investing in TSIG and did my DD and read the 10KSB with all its negatives and unanswered questions I would not invest in this company.

I believe most of the current investors are pre 1998 10KSB. We are not attracting any new investors IMO because of the 10K financials and the posts on this thread continually bringing up RG's potential 46MM shares windfall. I agree, with the kind of news released this week we should be up. However with no new investors and current investors tapped out we are not going to go up.

Marty's report says RG and family own only 14MM shares. If this is accurate then a public statement from RG is needed to put this issue to rest once and for all so we can move forward.

I invested in TSIG because I believe in the business model and I still do. IMO TSIG has a huge potential upside and the pieces are quickly falling into place. However, IMO until the PP is taken out, RG's share issue is publicly resolved and revenues are in the coffers the stock price will not move commensurate with the news. I do believe that these issues will be resolved in a positive manner in the near future and then the stock price will shoot upwards and make up for lost time.

My opinions
All Good Regards;

Paul

I wholeheartedly agree. There is something amiss here and the people behind the forces that move the market know something that we( including Bob and Marty) are unaware of. Perhaps it is time for Mr. Gordon to step down for the good of the company.
