Blue, look at the GNET thread for various responses to the Haines interview. Haines was rude, reminded me of F. Lee Bailey at the OJ trial (of course, not nearly THAT bad), but he interviewed Russell with hostility and skepticism, though low-key.
On Bloomberg, this afternoon, the interview was much more informative. The interviewer said Paul Allen had invested 750 million, which was not denied. I thought it was 300. Typical question: "Why did Paul Allen invest 750 million in your company?"
Answer: because he knew that GNET was positioning itself to be 1st tier, and its components were geared to cover 5 important areas that people use the web for: finance, gaming, search, business,(and I can't remember the last.)

Hey Blue - Mark definitely did number on Russell. Asked him why anyone would pay $160+ when all Paul Allen thought it was worth is $90. Check out the GNET thread - lots of whining going on about it.
