Dave,
I would take immediate selling by the new insiders of their unrestricted shares as a big short-term negative. I would assume then that the "flood" of announcements anticipated after the inclusion of IDT are either not there or not substantial.
My view, is that they will sell into strength based upon a series of very substantial announcements instead of unloading those shares that are simply burning a hole in their pockets.
