Nick,

That's why I need to listen to the call again. Right now, I'm adding two numbers together and coming up with the answer of 122. But I don't know what either of the 2 numbers being added are.

Clues that I remember were:

1. Joint Development Venture of a strip tool
2. Working with a major US Logic manufacturer. There are only 2 that I would put in that category - IBM and INTC.
3. Low K dielectric: A necessary process with Copper though its use doesn't dictate copper.

I want to hear Brad's precise words to see if my intuitive leap is something to consider or just a bunch of hopes and dreams on my part.

I'd welcome any speculation that you could offer...

Thanks,
Ian.

Nick;

I think you are right, Low K is not just tied to copper and should become mainstream fairly quickly. If I understand correctly, you'd want Low K with copper, although you'd do Low K first, add copper on a later generation. Thus Ian's statement may still be correct. I understand Mattson to be w..a..y ahead of the competition in this & do not expect the work to be able to be copied, thus possibly opening the door at INTC.

Best Regards,
John Stewart
