Well said. CPQ's woes are not fully disclosed yet. The stock is is highly risky now because their financial condition and prospects are murky. Rosen's comments are anything but reassuring. They sound like an endorsement of an already failed policy..

However, it is clear that IBM, HWP, GTW and DELL are on well on their way to a good year.
