Whoops! Brain freeze. Yup, if per-share stats are similar, then the share price should be similar as well. I had a major brain freeze, as the per-share values I quoted had nothing to do with price.

To clarify, the share price/book value for CARD is about 20; for DCTC it is 2.6. The price/sales ratio is 8.5 and 1.4, respectively. Neither company has significant long-term debt. *SO*, based on current revenues, etc., DCTC *is* undervalued by a factor of 5-10. hmmmm....

Of course, these figures don't take into account more subtle factors like current and projected growth rates, the effect of being listed on an exchange, etc.
