I did call, guess what, lawsuit from an investment banker called anthony advisors. Apparently Donfrio the former president didn't honor the contracts. He and the chairman Car are being sued! Look guys, i'm not trying to bash anyone just protect my money. Read the old threads and you'll find something isn't right. I called directory assistance and get the phone numbers. M&A West is no longer involved with MBHC but gave me anthony advisors to talk to about the504 offering (Phone314-725-4474) John Beardan. The former chairman also filed suit to collect on his exit contract. Don't know the details but court date coming up, I was told to contact his attorney? Old thread from micro-junkie said he gets his shares back. Anyone know how many he had? Read the old threads, make calls, get answers.
