Geez, who we kiddin !?!?! I used to think that the technology
would win out eventually.. specifically the EPC. I figured that
the value of the intellectual property was going to eventually
win out over the scare tactics used by the shorts. Well, while
Osi has award winning technology, the repeated lapses in ...
judgement ? Integrity ? do not exactly give one the feeling
of confidence that one gets reading statements from, say,
a Chambers of Cisco ! A short quote from myself earlier...
"It's the technology not the fromage that counts" ... in response
I believe to Auric's referring to FIBR as a"Cheesy" company.

Well, this long is gettin hurt here. And it ain't Auric
and company doing the damage. The growing validation of the EPC technology by industry awards and contract wins has been obscurred
by a series of outright gaffs that are simply stunning in the
sense of Managerial incompetence they convey.

Harlock will pay as much attention to management as he does
to technology in the future. Auric, you reminded this thread
about this point some months ago.

By the way, these are the famous "Widgets" aren't they ?
Noone wants to lose a significant chunk of revenue but
really, the Widget (OK, Palra) was not going to be one
of FIBR's more important offerings. In other words,
the revenue loss hurts... but not nearly as much as
the scarring of what had been a recovering
credibility.

Maybe someone (CSCO, LU or NT) will go shopping. Hey, Protocol
transparent Metro DWDM ! Getcha Protocol transparant Metro DWDM heah !! It's on sale this week heah, all week, right heah !!

Excuse me, Mr Chambers ? Mr. McGinn ? Mr. Housse (I know, that's not spelled right)? Save our ass if you please.

The Straight Story by: Backdoor_Hilly

I watched this stock tick by tick from 12:00 until close today on Level II. Let me tell you what I see. I find several things very strange. The first is the fact that so many law suits have been filed so quickly after "bad news" has been released. This was all premeditated by short sellers. Yep, scripted. I saw a MASTERFUL job by two market makers taking this stock lower all during the day. I saw this many times and SOESed the market makers while they were the only inside ask. EACH TIME they responded by moving up to the next level and showing shares greater than 1000 shares. It worked. My pockets are only so deep. They MASTERFULLY joined the ask when other sellers were there protecting their ask. Only when the stock started to rally mid afternoon did they start to buy (pay the ask) but when the buying stalled, they went back to offering large shares for sale. When some buying did start again, they lifted their offer because they did not want to sell. I accumulated this stock all afternoon. This is a classic case of market makers taking a stock price lower to accumulate. Somewhere this evening I read on this thread that after hours trading was $7.00. Watch for a run tomorrow. IF YOU ARE LONG ON THIS STOCK you can help you own cause. If your shares are on margin (those shares are available for others to short) CALL YOUR BROKER first thing in the AM and ask him to move these shares into your cash account. Those shares loaned to short sellers will then have to be replaced by the short sellers. This will create an upward pressure on the stock. I post very rarely but felt the need to do so tonite. Good luck all!
