"No publicly traded company would ever do anything that violated standard accounting practices or SEC reporting guidelines.
Would all of you quit trying to find fault, someone might believe you."

STOCKBUG,
No one here is trying to say ATML violated anything. I thought we were actually trying to determine what the "standard accounting practices or SEC reporting guidelines" actually are... Since you already seem to know what they are, why don't you share them with the rest of us.

Furthermore, this thread is for the free exchange of ideas and I think the original post that brought up the concern was by far the best I have seen lately. Years ago this was a very technical thread when I used to participate in it and it is nice to see someone post those kinds of astute concerns once again. We do not post thing to make you happy but rather to provoke thought and possibly save you money....

regards,
OZ
