Mr. radames,

It seems that if Case of AOL wants to keep the stock price low, then a 2 for 1 split would be the way to go. A 3 for 2 split would keep the stock price above 100. As far as not having enough shares available, they go to the shareholders for approval and split in June. MSFT does this as they don't have enough shares available.
