Chuzzlewit...I agree with you. Thinking that CPQ would do this over 1 ago is the reason I invested in CPQ. (In case they wouldn't my DELL shares would comfort me...they have.) I've been through this (in the USA market) and a transition is difficult. Using both distribution methods is like being a little bit pregnant. The channel knows that CPQ will go direct eventually and is preparing for it now. Some are even building their own computers. Therefore, CPQ should not delay, and "bite the bullet" Loki
