I'm reminded of two real life Washington experiences back in the '50's.......1/ A document comes from Washington to the 7th Fleet in Korea, saying " this document ,AFS 103b, replaces JNF 103b, which was neither printed nor distributed" ?????!!!!!!!.......2/ a senior GS 12 in my goverment department was asked why was she speeding at 75mph down the BW Parkway last evening? She replied:" I had left my glasses at home and, since I couldn't see very well, I was racing home before I had an accident!"
