Paul,

"Just how much revenue did NSM's "homework" generate last quarter?"

Nothing. It probably cost them a good deal. What i was getting at is that if you want to try and compete with Intel and your existing lineup is garbage, then you will need to sit on the sidelines for a while and figure out your game plan. *I* believe NSM gameplan is sound, whether management can execute is another thing.

"Intel will deliver the Whitney chip set as early as next week."

And then what? Intel won't replace low cost with high speed for much longer. Oh and BTW, Cyrix's S370 processor will compliment Whitney nicely. I wouldn't be surprised if NSM makes the announcement the same day. :)

"Intel's full blown PCOAC - the Timna - is being designed in Israel as we "type"."

Where can I find out more about this?

"By the way, What NSM/Cyrix has done in the past has nothing to do with what people will buy in the future."

No, it doesn't but I'm long because I hope it will.
