Given that listing stock on overseas exchanges supposedly adds liquidity to the stock, there's nothing intrinsically bullish or bearish about this report, is there?

Actually, I'm not sure about the added liquidity. Is there a 'bucket' of stock that has been moved to Germany for exclusive trading there? For foreign companies whose ADRs are traded on U.S. markets, I believe they are backed by stock on deposit at a designated U.S. bank. I don't believe there is any interchange between stock behind ADRs and stock on the 'home' exchange. It's the trading of arbitrageurs that keeps the two stock sets tracking each other in price.

Hello all, I am a recent investor on INTA. Forgive my intrussion, but I started a new thread under the symbol INTA so new investors would find discussions on the company more easily. I suggest we start discussing this stock over their. Thanks.
