If this is true, I hope something is done about it! Shameful and unlawful if true, to cause a sell off of a company so they could pick up shares. Their agreement with Bid.com was that they could exercise the option to buy shares, don't remember how many. So, if they are guilty of this, they purposely caused this stock to plummet, so they could exercise the purchase of those shares at a cheap price. I hope they pay dearly if this is the case.
