Hi Raven;<<I really don't see how this after-the-fact info is useful at this time.>> Most info is after the fact, the rest is speculation. The past is no guarantee for guessing the future, but what else do you have? The particular relevance of the recent points tells you a lot about the company and it's grounded in fact- the wild speculation part is allowed to run because of the lack of detail. First, we don't have any details on recent matters- no filing of the Apollo agreement, and the first acquisition they just did under "the new plan" doesn't disclose details either, according to the press release. What the heck are we supposed to rely on? I was underwhelmed by the CNBC interview and the "Our focus is the three C's" rhetoric. Well, when I need info I go to SEC docs. There I see a company that did a reverse merger into a shell, hardly a noble lineage. Second, I see it was in danger of delisting a few months ago. I also see that it had a convertible debenture financing in place which is usually not a great sign, to say the least- moreover it's with a fund that has been involved with other desperate companies as well. Then lo and beohold, shortly after the S-3 to register the shares comes out, we have the Apollo announcement on 4/15/99 and a CNBC appearance that rockets the stock on a short squeeze. None of this is good for a stock investment, IMO. And now the stock has a market cap of almost half a billion on wild speculation- with 120 employees, that's over $4M a head. I have to use metrics like this cuz there's not much else!!!! There's tiny info on this. Trade it any way you like, but the risk in this as a long term investment right now is ludicrous, IMO; doesn't mean it won't work out, of course. But the verifiable evidence I have right now is not encouraging, and everything else I've seen is hope and hype. Typical. BTW, since you brought up EGGS, RRRR has surpassed its market cap, FWIW. At least EGGS has performance and a history to provide tools with which to value it. Anaxagoras (short)
