Market coming back.. here's another one that just triggered gang. not a hi flyer but a nice steady earning play #4 April 27th.. A 4 time repeater.. Most of you know that one from before.

I had a similar problem getting my assets from Edward Jones. They did the same darned thing...kept "forgetting" to transfer about 300k in mutual funds with everything else.

We ended up contacting the NASD and then they contacted the NYSE for us. both were very helpful. We are now looking at litigation...it should not have taken 8 weeks for that.
