To buy or not to buy?

I got distracted over the past weeks and so didn't buy in during the dip to 103. Bummer!

My short term expectation is that DCLK will pop before earnings and break into a new intraday high (above 164, perhaps 175-180) but then correct back down to 120-125.

This is just my gut speaking again, telling me that there will be another general "correction" in net stocks after earnings season. I don't have faith in XCIT and ATHM's recent runup. Also, PCLN does not deserve its valuation of 12.5 billion. Of course the last "correction" lasted precisely one day, so it's not like the prospect is terrifying. It's just important to predict the timeframe so as to maximize gains.

Basically I will decide within 2 hours whether to buy around 145 and sell around 170 with a timeframe of 1 week. Or else I will wait and short some net stocks when the valuations get crazy again. I'm just not sure yet which course to take.

Good luck. --Sanjay

PS. does anyone think the next correction will come as early as Monday? Today's rally was rather uneven, and based on earnings expectations more than anything else.
