Indeed, they have a point which you seem to have missed.... it appears the rules were broken and that is NOT "fair game" to do that; there are regulations about that. Why did Pavan wait to announce the downgrade until the Nasdaq opening?? As they say in the market, timing is everything!

BTW, regarding the rules of the SI board. I certainly consider that this board is being harassed by a specific few who dominate by their prolific postings and attempt to destroy sensible discussion with ridicule.

Another bit of info I spotted on the Raging Bull board yesterday... (in the 7700 series) that stated that Goldman Sachs had bought 5 million shares of BIDS. They got it from a friend who is a broker. If there is any truth to the matter it will have to be published as it is over 5% of the stock. Nasdaq rules.
