This comment smacks of naivete.

Which specific rule do you claim has been broken? Is it an SEC or OSC rule?

No. Rules broken? How can that be? Of course there are rules broken. The stock market is full of corruption. It can make prices rise as well as fall. Hate to break it to you but this is a hard, fast game that people play for keeps. They will do whatever they can get away with. The risk/reward is good. If anything comes of this, there may be a sacraficial lamb, who gets a slap on the wrist, but lets face it, the Pros specialize in rule breaking, or is that bending.
