Last I checked, Russia still has about 10,000 nuclear armed weapons. Given the political turmoil (impeachment,opposition parties all aligned and anti-NATO), and public against the NATO attack, I don't think it would take much for Russia to become involved. NATO's definition of winning probably will include removal of Milosevic and troops in Kosovo. I don't think Russia will let this happen ?
