Now the case is extremely cool and the air flow is going OUT of the drives. No dust problems, no heat problems

I understood your description not to have any fans sucking out of the case in order to avoid a dust build up. Is dust accumulation that can't be rid by a Dust-Off attack whenever the case is opened really a problem? I do that and have the traditional 2 fans blowing in at the bottom front + 2 sucking out at the top rear + 1 blowing laterally across my cards and mobo. The removable drive carts (2) I just added also have 1 small fan each.

I'm a cool in hot out fan <gg> with a good Dust-Off session every now and then. I think that a number of workable ventalation strategies exist as long as one works with a single chosen air-flow dynamic.
