The company sells a screen phone for direct access to the internet without having a computer or windows. Recent press: AOL and an unnamed U.S. company to provide fast access to AOL with a "screen phone" device (Alcatel?) may give this company new life. StarTronix may have a market after all these years. What's your opinion? Rick

I HAVE BEEN WATCHING THIS STOCK SINCE I INVESTED TWO YEARS AGO.

I SEE THEY REDUCED OUR HOLDINGS BY A 20 TO 1 REVERSE SPLIT AND AUTHORIZED AN ADDITIONAL 100,000,000 SHARES. IT WOULD APPEAR TO ME THAT THE COMPANY PLANS TO CASH IN ON THEIR TREASURY STOCK AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUS HOLDERS DRY. IF THEY SELL ALL 100,000,000 AT CURRENT PRICES THEY WOULD COLLECT $50,000,000.00 WHILE THOSE OF US WHO BOUGHT SOMETIME BACK HAVE A BASIS OF $15.00 TO $20.00 IN OUR STOCK WITH NO CHANCE TO RECOVER.
I ALSO ASK HOW WAS THEIR CLASS D PREFERRED STOCK AUTHORIZED AND DISTRIBUTED WITH A 10 TO 1 VOTING RIGHT. THIS SHOULD REPRESENT A 90,000,000 SHARE VOTING BLOCK.
