Check out StarTronix (STNX). It is a great buy. They are developing some technology that will be cruial to the telecommunications industry in the future. I recently talked to someone close to the company and he said the stock is worth at least $10 a share. I bought a big chunk at a low price and have already made a ton. It is currently trading at about $1.50. Read the following article:

STARTRONIX INTRODUCES ITS INTERNET
SCREEN-PHONE

IRVINE, CA -- StarTronix International Inc., (NASDAQ:STNX) Thursday announced plans to launch this spring its Internet Screen-Phone -- the "StarScreen" -- to the fastest growing industry in America today, the home-based business.

The product, which will be marketed through the company's wholly owned subsidiary StarTronix USA, is designed to optimize today's technology, combining telephone, printer, fax and debit/credit card capabilities, while providing users with direct access to the Internet and a variety of on-line services.

StarTronix also revealed it has entered into a joint venture agreement with a revolutionary new software development company that is currently under disclosure rules because of a merger underway on Wall Street. The joint venture will give StarTronix's screen-phone the ability to place live voice phone calls over the Internet, voice mail capabilities and real time (30 frames per second)one-way video calling over regular phone lines (twisted pair).

The joint venture also calls for the completion of a two-way video applications software that is expected to be available later this year.

"There is a growing trend toward simplifying data communications. More and more consumers are looking to optimize their computing needs -- especially when it comes to accessing the Internet," said Greg Gilbert, chairman and chief executive officer of StarTronix International Inc.

"The StarScreen provides consumers with everything they need within an easy-to-use, plug-and-play setting. This truly is an economical answer to the complex, over-powered and over-priced personal computers used in the home today."

Believing the $427 billion home-based business industry and ever-expanding number of individuals accessing the Internet provide the ingredients for success, StarTronix developed the StarScreen with the home-based business user in mind.

The StarScreen's multi-functional terminal allows users to utilize PC programs; have unlimited access to the Internet and on-line services such as home shopping, banking, bill paying, e-mail and faxing; as well as access to a wide range of information about running a home-based business.

The StarScreen is a multi-functional communications appliance. It features a complete telephone with a hand set, speakerphone, digital answering machine, caller ID, phone key pad and LCD. Inside is a microprocessor with 512 KB of memory which provides fast processing and compatibility with other computer systems' communications networks and software programs.

It has a full computer keyboard, along with ports for a mouse, printer, communications, video peripherals and a RF utility receiver.

The StarScreen includes a magnetic card swipe for debit/credit cards, 2 PCMCIA slots which provide unlimited programming capability and a super VGA LCD display. The screen displays 24 lines with 80 characters per line.

StarScreen has two telephone lines digitally controlled by FAX/Modem hardware, and comes with built-in software integrating all features into a full function graphics terminal, with a JPEG decoder, multiple terminal emulation protocols and an Internet Networking Interface.

StarTronix International markets on-line and telecommunication services, products, software and training to home-based businesses through its three subsidiaries: Irvine, Calif.-based StarTronix USA Inc., StarTronix On-Line Inc. and StarTronix TelCom Inc.

StarTronix services and products include on-line Internet access via its state-of-the-art screen-phone, prepaid telecommunications cards and long distance services utilizing least cost routing, distributor training programs and a range of home-based and small business communications products.
