OT: Sorry AGISS Thread, nobody else is using the space <g> Steve, One of my next projects is a resectorization tool to do what-if-ing to transition to free-flight. I think every ATC I ever met turns white as a ghost when they hear the free-flight concept. My current company is full of GPS experts so free-flight is our business. GPS along with ground based correctional equipment can pin point aircraft down to the inches. Think the current term is Local Area Augmentation System (LAAS). I am going to check into the CRDA program. Problem with MITRE is they are suppose to be a Research and Development firm and once past the prototype stage they are to the projects off to contractors. As to you ATC guys, one gifted bunch. When at MITRE, I had to visit 30+ towers and I can't remember if STL was one of them. Those tower cabs are too damn small for all the equipment they are cramming in there. Are ya sure you guys are y2k compliant? <g>
