"Nobody at the company is selling their shares or is selling the stock short" BAHhahahahahahaha ====================================== The truth of the matter, is that the shares issued by ZSUN in payment for the two Momentum Companies are RESTRICTED UNTIL 5th OCTOBER 1999 and NOT 28th April 1999, as falsely reported by Flodyie. This is clearly a ploy to defraud ZSUN investors through lies and misrepresentations calculated to manipulate the stock for his financial benefit. His illegal activities are being reported to NASDAQ and SEC and forwarded to legal counsel. Whatever shred of credibility Fodyie ever had, no longer exist and he clearly cannot be trusted. F.
