Jing- Thank goodness someone is home in the Inn. I, too, am interested in UMG's decision. What is the time table on the decision? How long will we have to wait? The suspense is KILLING me! What will it do to ATHM if T were outbid? A temporary setback?

The surge for ATHM today was a clear message that shareholders embrace the potential deal. I would like to see RR under T's domain, even if they are kept apart for some time.

Jing;

I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on ATHM and I like your point of view on the T/UMG situation. It's nice to see a bit of reality/ practicality sprinkled in amongst all the diverse diffusion and highbrow bs posted by certain other entities. Thanks.
One question I have for you: Who is ultimately responsible for deciding on the offers tended to UMG? Their BOD, stockholders, regulators...? The answer may be obvious to others, but it's not at all clear to this guy.
