Hello all -- Guess I'm not alone. The stock is on the move due to all the cable consolidation taking place here and abroad. It is obvious to all that these assets are very valuable. due to Broadband and, unlike most other net related companies, the barriers to entry are very very high -- namely the cost of laying the cable, obtaining govt approval and the monopoly status they have in the communities.

I like UIHIA over UPCOY because you get over 70% of UPCOY by buying it (someone like ATT who would want to purchase UPCOY would plan a takeover of UIHIA rather than UPCOY to get control of UPCOY). In addition, as some of you already know UIHIA have other assets in Asia and Australia which they plan to spin off in the near future, whose value have yet to be realized in the stock. UIHIA's UPCOY interest alone is worth way more than where UIHIA is trading. The discount right now is way to high now that UPCOY is no longer an IPO and has stabilized -- thus the discount which is applied, since one is unsure where an IPO will settle at first, should decrease thus increasing the spread upward for UIHIA.

Good Luck all - glad to talk to some long term investors for once and not the "why did it fall 2 points today " crowd.

IMHO, I see 100 before the end of summer if not sooner.
