There is speculation that AT&T will force a merger of @Home and Roadrunner.....How do you see this affecting Softnet(sofn)?

at&t - this is the most widely held stock in the world and it looks to be making the transition to being an all around communications/entertainment/information provider

the battle to me is at&t vs. aol

at&t has telco, cable (tci), internet (@home/excite/worldnet), wireless and more than 10x the revenue than aol; at&t's net income is on par with aol's revenue

but the two are valued about the same by investors
aol mkt cap= 137.3B
at&t mkt cap= 168.0B

at&t is no longer just your father's phone company
