Here's a more complete listing of 144's. insidertrader.com Just type in PNLK and "GO" It too does not indicate sold shares yet. However, see this bit of info from the same site: 144 - Form 144. Used to indicate an intent to sell unregistered shares in the open market. Important Note: A 144 filer may not be an insider by the SEC's definition, and may not have to file a Form 4 if and when the shares are sold. So, the shares may have already been sold.
