One nuance about MCF (just my observation). They have 210 people and are talking about bright future. And at the same time now they are hiring only 1 (one!) programmer for contract position (just check their web site). Looks strange for company with good perspective.

Also some directions of their business activity (as posted on their web page) seems funny to me (for example duplication of CDs and floppies).
